"A lot people say, if the Supreme Court decides that it is constitutional, you have to live with it. My feeling is, the people should have the final say," Beason told The Associated Press on Tuesday. "Frankly, the only recourse people have is for the states to try to flex some sovereignty muscle."
Frankly, all I care about is when I can start flexing my sovereignty muscle and stop paying my taxes. The constitution already guarantees my right to carry a gun (which means I can protect myself, threaten others to get health care I need or die trying, in which case it will no longer be relevant).. I mean it's a simple solution to all national problems.
